TPSO Arrests Wanted Man on Multiple Outstanding Warrants

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet is pleased to announce that the TPSO Criminal Patrol Division located and arrested a known fugitive wanted on numerous felony related offenses in Terrebonne Parish. Cycoi Jardea Brown, 25, of Houma, was taken into custody without incident, in connection with several outstanding investigations in Terrebonne Parish.
On July 13, 2026, shortly after 9:15 pm, Deputies with the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Criminal Patrol Division were proactively patrolling the 100 block of Marietta Place, which resulted in Deputies locating Cycoi J. Brown within a vehicle in the driveway of a home. As Deputies made contact, Brown exited the vehicle but attempted to re-enter before being taken into custody without further incident.
Cycoi Jardea Brown was arrested on multiple outstanding Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office warrants, for charges of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm (Felony), Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property (2 counts, Felony), Battery of a Dating Partner – Child Endangerment (Felony), Battery of a Dating Partner, Battery of a Dating Partner (Felony), and Resisting an Officer.
Following his arrest, Brown was transported to the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex, where he remains jailed on a $135,000.00 bond by local judges.
