NEWS RELEASE January 20, 2026   Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a Houma man, in connection with a traffic stop investigation.  John T. NEWS RELEASE January 20, 2026   Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a Houma man in connection with a Domestic Violence investigation conducted by the Patrol Division. Dwayane A. Dupuy, 45, was taken into custody on multiple charges related to the case. On January 18, 2026, Deputies responded to a residence in the 1800 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard, after reports that a male suspect entered a home and committed a battery upon a female victim.
