November 20, 2025   Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a Gray man on multiple narcotics-related charges following an investigation conducted by the Terrebonne Parish Narcotics Task Force.  Kelvin Michael Vincent, 41, was taken into custody on several felony charges stemming from the operation. November 19, 2025   Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of Ronald Joseph Armond Jr., 31, of Morgan City, following a residential burglary complaint reported Thursday afternoon in the Exeter Run area. Shortly before 4:00 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a residence on Exeter Run after a homeowner returned to find an unknown male suspect on his property. The homeowner provided deputies with a description of the individual, who fled the area on foot. Upon
