Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Seeks Public Help to Locate Wanted Sex Offender

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet is asking for the public’s assistance in a local known Sex Offender, who is wanted for several outstanding warrants for his arrest. Authorities are actively searching for Mylan “Tonio” Diggs, 35, of Gibson, who is wanted for the following charges:
Failure to Appear, Probation, No Bond
Failure to Appear, Resisting by Flight, No Bond
Failure to Appear, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, No Bond
Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile, $150,500.00 Bond
Attempted Simple Burglary, $30,000.00 Bond
Hit and Run Driving, $50,000.00 Bond
Resisting by Flight, No Bond
Domestic Abuse Battery by Strangulation, Extortion, Interfering with Emergency Communication, $67,500.00 Bond, Thibodaux Police Department
Mylan “Tonio” Diggs is described as a 35-year-old, African American male, approximately 5’7” in height, weighing 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is also known to have a tattoo on his neck that reads “Laugh Now, Cry Later”.

Tipsters could be eligible for up to a $1,000 reward.
