TPSO Polar Express celebration

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced that the first annual “Polar Express Celebration” was a great success at the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office! The celebration was an event developed and created by Sheriff Soignet, as a way to bring families of employees closer to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office held the event at our main office, on Thursday, December 15, 2022, which was a fun night of the Polar Express movie premiere, family, comradery, food, hot chocolate, and a ride on the TPSO Polar Express! The maiden voyage of the TPSO Polar Express well received by children and adults alike. A special appearance was even made by the Grinch, and Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

Sheriff Tim Soignet would like to thank all of the families and employees who attended and hopes this is the first of many magical nights to come. Sheriff Soignet said, “This celebration was a great way to bring our Sheriff’s Office Family together with the families of our employees. We often forget about the sacrifices made by the families of our employees, and I always look for new and inventive ways to strengthen the bonds of family. I have always been strongly dedicated to family, and I will continue to do what I can to brings families closer, not only within our agency, but throughout the Parish of Terrebonne. I can’t wait until next year…”
