TPSO Narcotics Task Force Arrests Gray Man; Nearly 600 Grams of Meth and 40 Grams of Fentanyl Seized

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a Gray man on multiple narcotics-related charges following an investigation conducted by the Terrebonne Parish Narcotics Task Force. Kelvin Michael Vincent, 41, was taken into custody on several felony charges stemming from the operation.
In the early-morning hours of November 18th, Agents with the Terrebonne Parish Narcotics Task Force converged on a residence in the 200 block of Marietta Place in Gray, Louisiana, as part of an ongoing investigation. Upon arriving on scene, Agents located Vincent inside a vehicle parked in the driveway and detained him without incident.
Agents then secured the residence, where they located three additional occupants inside the home, one of whom was identified as a minor child.
A subsequent search warrant executed at the residence resulted in the seizure of approximately 600 grams of methamphetamine, nearly 40 grams of fentanyl, various additional illegal narcotics, marijuana, multiple prescription medications, and an assortment of drug paraphernalia consistent with narcotics distribution activities.
Later, Agents arrested Kelvin Micheal Vincent on charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS II (Methamphetamine), Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS II (Fentanyl), Possession with Intent to Distribute Suboxone, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Legend Drug, and Possession of a CDS in the presence of a minor. Vincent was booked in the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex and remains jailed on a $385,000 bond by local judges.
Sheriff Tim Soignet praised the investigating Agents for their efforts, stating, “Our Narcotics Task Force continues to work tirelessly to remove dangerous drugs from our neighborhoods. Their dedication and persistence play a critical role in protecting our citizens and holding narcotics offenders accountable in our parish.”
ALL ARRESTED PERSONS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
