The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting sealed bids for 8 drug seized vehicles:
1) 1999 Chevy Suburban 1500, Mileage – 173,155 Minimum Bid - $800.00
2) 2013 Buick Lacrosse, Mileage – 163,010 Minimum Bid - $4,000.00
3) 2007 Pontiac G6, Mileage – Unavailable Minimum Bid - $2,000.00
4) 2005 Toyota Camry, Mileage – 262,787 Minimum Bid - $2,000.00
5) 2005 Chevy Tahoe, Mileage- 188,910 Minimum Bid - $2,000.00
6) 2016 Mercedes Benz, Mileage- 67,192 Minimum Bid - $15,000.00
7) 2012 Nissan Maxima, Mileage- Unavailable Minimum Bid - $4,000.00
8) 2010 Chevy Tahoe, Mileage- 240,547 Minimum Bid - $3,500.00
These vehicles are to be sold INDIVIDUALLY AND AS IS and will be located at the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Crime Lab at 140 Capital Blvd, Houma LA, for viewing from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on February 9th, 2023, and February 23rd, 2023, only. Please call (985)879-4964 with any questions. Bids will be opened on March 2nd at 10:00 A.M.
Bids can be turned in to the Purchasing Department at 3441 West Park Ave. Gray, LA 70359, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and labeled “drug seizure bid.”
In submitting bids, the bidder will fully understand that he/she is bidding on a vehicle that carries no warranty or guarantee as to its condition and that upon taking possession of the vehicle, the bidder agrees to accept it in its “AS IS” condition.
In submitting bids, the bidder also agrees to have payment made by either bank-certified check or cash to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office within 72 hours after bids are awarded.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY.
