MISSING PERSON

Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet is asking the public for assistance in locating a St. Rose man that was reported missing by family on Thursday morning, June 25th.  Spencer Clarence Lee, 31, has not been heard of by family since Tuesday, June 23rd.

On June 25, 2026, shortly after 9:00am, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division was contacted by a family member of Lee, who provided Authorities with information that he has been missing for at least 2 days.  Deputies learned that the family member received a call from Lee, who claimed to be calling from the Rebecca Plantation Truck Stop.  The family member responded to the location but was unsuccessful in locating Lee.

Spencer C. Lee is described as a black male, 5’ 6” in height, approximately 145 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes, and is known to have dreadlocks.  Lee is known to suffer from several diagnosed mental disorders, which require medication. 

At this point in the investigation, authorities have been unable to locate Lee, who has been placed into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as a missing person.
