Investigation of domestic violence complaints

Crime Victims Reparations Coordinator:
Providing assistance to victims of specific crimes who have no other means of paying for the financial cost of the crime. CVR is under the jurisdiction of the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement.

Victim Notification:
The victim of a crime or designated family member of the victim have certain rights. The right to be notified before an offender bonds out of jail. The right to reasonable notice about an offender, to be present and heard during all critical stages of pre- and post- conviction proceedings.
